About the Job:<\/strong>
The purpose of the Irrigation Field Service Tech is to provide world-class service and training creating loyal customers within the Northern California territory on all Toro irrigation systems. The Irrigation Field Service Tech will also provide technical support for territory sales managers. \u00a0
We also look for candidates that can represent Turf Star Western in a professional and ethical manner when dealing with both customers and internal staff. Strong communication skills are essential.


Essential job functions:<\/strong>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Willing to accept training and ability to apply the training.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Both Internal and Customer communication skills are imperatives.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0See repairs are completed within the ascribed time and with a high degree of quality workmanship.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Works within a structured appointment schedule; however, has the flexibility to change when schedule changes are necessary.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Demonstrate a professional demeanor in all situations.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Ensure service repair orders and other administrative tasks are processed in an accurate, daily and timely fashion.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Work closely with the Regional Service Manager to grow and improve both external and internal customer satisfaction.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0This is an active position. The candidate must be able to sit or stand for long periods of time and be able to lift 75 lbs. with assistance.


Job Qualifications:<\/strong>

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Clean Motor Vehicle Record.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Desire to achieve a proven successful repair experience on Toro irrigation systems.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Desire to achieve proficiency with Toro irrigation systems technical repair and support.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Desire to become proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Excellent Communication Skills.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Bi-lingual in Spanish, a definite plus.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Professional demeanor.

Compensation\/Benefits:<\/strong>
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Hourly wage based upon qualifications of the selected candidate.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0$1,500 bonus for successful job performance in the first 90 days.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0$1,500 bonus for successful job performance in the first 180 days.
\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Paid 2 times a month.

We are looking for a Specialized Equipment Sales Representative to present, promote and sell specialized equipment, such as electric power tools and robotic mowers, using solid sales tools to existing and prospective golf, landscape, and sports turf customers. \u2022 Present, promote and sell specialized equipment using solid sales tools to existing and prospective golf, landscape, and sports turf customers
